A simple motto that marked the beginning of Plated. A motto that brought together two highly motivated and well respected individuals, to share their common love for great food and better service.

Bala, an ex-Oberoi chef with more than ten years of professional kitchen experience, was fed up of working for other people. Adi, on the other hand, was an Engineer and an MBA who graduated from ISB, working in the family run business of turnkey construction projects.

A chance meeting between the two sparked off what has today become Plated.

Our motto is simple. We recognize that people eat with their eyes first, and work very hard on our dishes to give you well-plated (pun intended!) and hearty food with a fantastic dining experience that will guarantee you come back begging for more!
